NOTICE:  All core charge refunds are based upon whether Bagmaster is able to rebuild the returned core.  If metal portions of struts are overly rusted or if the hydraulics are blown then these are not rebuildable cores.  Also, if the nylon ends of  bag cores are broken or melted then these are not rebuildable cores.
